In this instrument I have all the things I´ve ever wanted from a bass. I picked up little good details from basses I have owned and included them all in this one. This is a masterpiece! "I got this job from Sammye on spring 2010 and interested right away! It's not usul that people have thought all the details before they come to talk to the luthier. After a short discussion and very few adjustments we ended on these main specs:- Ash body
- Mable neck with ebony fingerboard
- Schaller bridge and machine head
- Seymour Duncan pickups (Quarter pounder on neck and Musicman replasement on bridge)
- Glockenklang 3-band electronic with 5 pots
- Blue burst on neck and body
Building this bass was really pleasant work. Materials worked well although I couldn't find lighter swamp ash for the body. I'm very satisfied on result and I can proudly say that this bass is the best one what I've made this far"
